The Lumia Health Program is designed to be sustainable, producing a lasting impact on our Participating Practices, their patients and the communities they serve. As a valued Participating Practice, being a part of the Lumia Health Centre is much more than a rent-per-square-foot exchange. The success of the Total Care Collective requires the success of each individual Participating Practice, which is why the program has been designed as an ecosystem that balances Participating Practices' financial investments and benefits to the businesses within the centre. Participating Practices will contribute to the Lumia Health Program, including the technology, health navigation model, marketing and business development efforts.
