About Partners for Care

Partners for Care (PFC) is leading and will deliver the Lumia Health Program.

PFC is an independent, board-governed, non-profit partner of Nova Scotia Health. Complementing the efforts of Nova Scotia Health, PFC collaborates with businesses to improve healthcare and to enact positive service experiences for patients, healthcare providers, and communities across Nova Scotia.
